HBL , MCB termed unfriendly banks for Customers

 

HBL and MCB accounts holders have been complaining that both banks have been giving pathetic customer support over phone and online, customers told Yahoo News that whenever they try to get help from Customer support by calling them , they are forced to wait for a long time and even then their problems are not solved by the support staff. No body in HBL and MCB try to take action against that bad staff support from these banks. Their online websites also don’t provide fund transfers or online payments in even  Pakistan. Customers have been rating these banks as highly unfriendly towards customers problems. on the other hand Bank AlHabib  has been termed quite customer friendly as Staff and officers of Bank Al Habib reportedly try to solve their customer problems by going out of way.  Sindh Bank , NBP and other banks are fully politicized and Private businessmen termed these bank non professional and unfriendly towards their clients.
